Founding Philosophy:
At Involve, we aim to empower students to take ownership of their learning, fostering independence and reducing reliance on teachers through peer-based programs that build both academic and future-ready skills. Guided by our core values—Ownership, Care, Audacity, Integrity, and Quality—we strive to nurture leadership and encourage bold ideas while creating a supportive educational ecosystem. Our programs have made a significant impact, with the Peer Teaching initiative showing strong retention of concepts, as evidenced by an average student score of 71% in basic operations. We have reached over 4,400 students across 16 Lower Primary Schools, 19 Higher Primary Schools, and 5 High Schools, as well as implemented peer teaching in 2 BBMP schools, helping to shape confident, self-directed learners and future leaders.
With a vision “All Children will have age-appropriate support to flourish.”
With a mission “Create peer learning environments in government schools and communities to cultivate a self-sustaining support system for students”.
At Involve, we are driven by the belief that collaboration and education can transform lives. Partnering with a diverse network of non-profits, school leaders, teachers, and students, we aim to improve the quality of education for the 250 million children in need. Through our programs, we create open-source resources like content, guidebooks, and tools to empower educators and transform classrooms. By embracing openness and collaboration, we invite global practitioners to co-create impactful solutions. Since 2015, our initiatives have expanded from Delhi to multiple states, including Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh, and Bihar, impacting thousands of students. Our mission is to build peer learning environments in government schools and communities, creating a self-sustaining support system for students.
Involve's programs include Maargdarshi, Reach Ecosystems, and Reach Governments. Maargdarshi, our flagship program, focuses on ideating and innovating programs that build student agency, including the Peer Teaching Program, where senior student leaders mentor junior students to improve foundational literacy and numeracy. Reach Ecosystems works with grassroots organizations to foster student-centered pedagogies, while also involving student leaders in teaching literacy to parents and communities. Reach Governments partners with district and state governments to co-create scalable solutions for improving education. Current projects include building peer learning spaces across districts, driving NIPUN outcomes, and collaborating with key decision-makers for systemic transformation. Our efforts have impacted over 200,000 students in Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, and Karnataka, showing significant improvements in numeracy and literacy.
